Delete Your Account

If you want to permanently delete your MacroHeal account and all your data, use one of the two methods below.

Method 1: From the App (Recommended)

STEP 1

Open MacroHeal and log in

STEP 2

Tap Profile (👤) on the bottom navigation

STEP 3

Scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account"

STEP 4

Confirm the dialog. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Method 2: By Email

If you cannot log in or prefer email:

Data That Will Be Deleted

Account info (email, profile)
Body info (weight, height, age)
Food and water logs
Weight history
Goals
Notification settings
Premium subscription records (also deleted from RevenueCat)

Data Retained (legal obligations)

Anonymous crash reports (Crashlytics, 90 days)
Payment invoices (tax law, 10 years) — personal info redacted

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is irreversible. All food logs, weight history, and premium subscriptions are lost. If you only want to stop using the App, simply uninstall it (local data is removed but Firebase data stays).

Timing

Request processed within 30 days. Confirmation email will be sent.
