These Terms govern your use of the MacroHeal mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. Service
MacroHeal is a mobile application allowing users to track nutritional habits, set calorie/macro goals, and perform AI-powered food analysis.
2. ⚠️ Medical Disclaimer
MacroHeal is not a medical device. No information in the App substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health advice.
- Consult a doctor or dietitian before making dietary changes
- If you have an eating disorder or medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider
- Users under 18 must use the App with parental consent
- Pregnant/breastfeeding users require doctor's approval for calorie targets
3. Account
- You are responsible for accurate, current information
- Password confidentiality is your responsibility
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- One user, one account
4. Premium Subscription
- Monthly or annual subscription
- Payments through App Store / Google Play
- Auto-renews 24 hours before end date
- Cancel anytime via account settings
- Refund policy follows App Store / Google Play rules
4.1 Free AI Trial
- New users receive 3 AI analyses per day for 7 days, starting from first use
- After this period, AI-powered analysis (photo, text, label and supplement scanning) requires a Premium subscription
- All features that do not require AI remain free and unlimited: manual food logging, barcode scanning, recipe saving, goal editing, the analytics screen, weight tracking, and workout logging
- The trial period is granted once per device
4.2 Fair Use
- "Unlimited" AI analysis under Premium is subject to a fair use limit of 30 analyses per day
- This limit keeps the service sustainable for all subscribers and is not expected to be reached in ordinary personal use
- When the limit is reached, your allowance resets the following day; your subscription is not affected
- If systematic abuse is detected, AI access for the account may be suspended
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use bots or scrapers
- Access other users' accounts
- Open accounts with fake identity
6. Intellectual Property
App, logo, and code are owned by Yukokunoshi. Data you create belongs to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, 100% AI accuracy, or zero data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yukokunoshi is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account from the App (Profile → Delete Account). Data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes resolved in Istanbul Courts.
